SPRING REGISTRATIONS 2026

🌸 🌻 Spring Registrations Are Now Open! 🌻🌸

As the weather warms up and Spring comes into bloom, we're excited to see our SPJ Stars shine on court once again.
Whether you're returning to the court or joining us for the Spring season, we'd love to have you involved.
Places are allocated on a first-in, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register early to avoid disappointment.

🌸 We currently have limited places available in

Registrations may close early once teams are full.

🌸 Team placements are based on player numbers, age group availability and team requirements.

🌸 If you are new to SPJ and registering for the first time, please contact spjnetball@gmail.com before completing your registration.

🌸 15U & 17U age groups are expression of interest only at this stage. Places in these age groups will depend on whether we can form an additional team and find a coach. Please contact please contact spjnetball@gmail.com to discuss availability.

🌻 How to Register

🌸 Registration Link:

🌸 When registering, please select the age group based on the player's age as at 31 December 2026.

For example:

Players aged 7, 8 or 9 on 31 December 2026 should register in 9U
Players aged 10 or 11 on 31 December 2026 should register in 11U
Players aged 12 or 13 on 31 December 2026 should register in 13U
Players aged 14 or 15 on 31 December 2026 should register in 15U
Players aged 16 or 17 on 31 December 2026 should register in 17U

🌻 Important Registration Dates

🌸 Current SPJ Player Priority Registrations Open: Wednesday 29 July 2026
🌸 Priority Registration Closes: Sunday 9 August 2026
🌸 Registrations Open to Everyone (including new players): Monday 10 August 2026 (if age group limits are not reached)
🌸 Registrations Close: Wednesday 19 August 2026 (or earlier if age group limits are reached)
🌸 Uniform Order Cut-Off: Wednesday 19 August 2026

🌻 Season Dates

🌸 First Training: Wednesday 7 October 2026

🌸 First Game: Saturday 10 October 2026

🌸 No Games: Saturday 31 October 2026 (Melbourne Cup Weekend)

🌸 Final Training/Break Up: Wednesday 9 December 2026

🌸 Final Game: Saturday 12 December 2026

Training is held every Wednesday afternoon at Pinks Reserve, Kilsyth.

🌻 Club Events

🌸 Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser: Sunday 4 October 2026

🌸 Annual General Meeting (AGM): Tuesday 24 November 2026 at 7:00 pm (Location & details will be confirmed closer to the date.)

🌻 Fees

🌸 $120 per player

🌸 Plus Netball Victoria Membership (if not already paid for 2026).

🌻 Uniforms

🌸 If you require a uniform before the start of the Spring season, please place your order by 19 August 2026.

🌻 Team Placement

SPJ aims to place all registered players into a team. While we will consider requests where possible, we cannot guarantee placement with specific friends, coaches or teams.

Please register with the understanding that team placement decisions are made in the best interests of all players and teams across the club.

🌸 Once registered, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming your registration.

🌸 The acknowledgement email will include important dates, key season information and reminders to add relevant dates to your calendar.

🌸 Team allocations, training details and season updates will be distributed once registrations have closed and teams have been finalised.

🌸 As Spring is a shorter season, we encourage players to attend as many training sessions and games as possible.

New Players (Opens 10 August 2026)

Please note: Registrations for new players will open on Monday 10 August 2026.
